What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking a dependable, skilled, and hardworking Maintenance Technician & managerwho can help us maintain the high standards our guests and owners expect. You’ll be part of a team that values responsiveness, integrity, and excellence in every detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Train and oversea a small team of techs.
Track billable hours and run the budget for the department.
Perform routine maintenance and repairs across multiple properties.
Respond quickly to urgent maintenance requests during guest stays
Communicate clearly and professionally with our team and vendors
Document work orders and maintain accurate records
Help uphold the pristine condition of luxury properties
Qualifications:
2 years of general maintenance experience (vacation rental or hospitality experience a plus)
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Available for some weekends or on-call shifts
Must be organized, professional, and solution-oriented
