Our team is known for providing five-star guest experiences and five-star owner support. We’re seeking a dedicated Property Manager / Owner Liaison to join our growing operations team and help us continue setting the standard for vacation rental management in Destin and South Walton, Florida.
About the Role
This role combines property management expertise with owner-focused relationship building. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and proactive—someone who ensures every home is cared for, every guest experience exceeds expectations, and every owner feels informed and confident.
You’ll oversee day-to-day home operations, coordinate maintenance and housekeeping teams, communicate with owners, and uphold our high standards for presentation and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned homeowners—communicating updates, reports, and recommendations
- Manage daily vacation rental property operations for multiple homes across Destin and 30A
- Oversee maintenance requests, vendor coordination, and property repairs through Breezeway
- Conduct regular home inspections to ensure each property meets brand standards
- Review and approve invoices, track job completion, and manage budgets for assigned homes
- Collaborate with housekeeping, marketing, and revenue teams to maximize owner satisfaction and performance
- Support new property onboarding, including photography, setup, and listing coordination
- Handle occasional guest escalations with professionalism and care
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in property management, vacation rentals, or hospitality
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and accountability
- Proficiency with technology (Google Workspace, Breezeway, or similar software)
- Ability to manage multiple properties and priorities efficiently
- Flexible schedule — some weekend or after-hours availability as needed
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Preferred Experience
- Background in short-term rental management, owner relations, or vacation rental operations
- Familiarity with the Destin, Miramar Beach, or 30A market
