What You'll Do
- Provide operational and administrative support for complex technical programs and construction activities at LANL
- Coordinate documentation, records management, and compliance tracking in accordance with Laboratory policies and DOE requirements
- Support procurement coordination, inventory tracking, and materials management as needed
- Assist with scheduling, logistics, and coordination across engineering, operations, and field teams
- Interface with program staff, contractors, and management to facilitate smooth project execution
- Maintain accurate records in LANL document systems in accordance with DOE O 243.1 and related standards
Required
- U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain a DOE Q Clearance
- 5 years of administrative or operational support experience in a technical or highly regulated environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and document management tools
- Ability to work 100% onsite in a secure facility at LANL
- Prior experience supporting DOE, NNSA, or National Laboratory environments
- Familiarity with LANL document systems and Records Management protocols (DOE O 243.1)
- Knowledge of procurement coordination, inventory tracking, or materials management
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
