Coastal Home & Villa, a boutique vacation rental company representing luxury homes on Hilton Head Island, is seeking a Property Manager to join our team. This role is a key point of contact for homeowners and ensures our homes deliver the exceptional guest experiences we’re known for.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee a manageable portfolio of properties
• Communicate regularly with homeowners and guests
• Ensure homes meet company and homeowner standards
• Coordinate with vendors, housekeeping, and maintenance
• Maximize property potential and support revenue goals
• Deliver responsive, hands-on service

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Background in hospitality, customer service, or property management preferred
• Ability to adapt, think on your feet, and stay calm under pressure
• Hands-on and detail-oriented, comfortable working both indoors and outdoors
• Team player with flexibility to meet business needs
