Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of a portfolio of vacation rental properties.
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure homes are clean, well-maintained, and guest-ready.
- Coordinate housekeeping, maintenance, and vendor services.
- Build strong partnerships with homeowners and manage all communication.
- Coordinate repairs, deliveries, and property improvements.
- Respond promptly to guest and owner inquiries with professionalism and care.
- Manage property inventory and supplies, ensuring homes remain fully stocked.
- Assist with scheduling repairs and preventative maintenance.
- Work closely with the operations team to resolve guest issues quickly and effectively.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation.
- Support marketing and listing accuracy by reporting property updates.
Qualifications:
- Active South Carolina Property Manager License is required.
- Proven experience in property management, hospitality, or vacation rentals is required.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle unexpected challenges.
- Proficient with smartphones, email, and basic software tools; familiarity with property management systems is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
