Job Summary
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and proactive Quality Control Inspector to oversee the custodial contract operations. Duties
- Perform comprehensive quality inspections of custodial services using precision measuring instruments, height gauges, vision inspection systems, and other measuring tools to verify cleanliness and adherence to standards.
- Conduct regular quality audits in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice), HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point), and other relevant regulatory standards to ensure compliance across all operations.
- Interpret production documents, blueprints, mechanical drawings, and measurement data to assess the accuracy of cleaning processes and equipment calibration.
- Utilize calibration tools such as coordinate measuring machines (CMM) and dimensional measurement devices to verify the precision of mechanical components involved in custodial equipment.
- Collect and analyze data related to quality performance metrics; prepare detailed reports highlighting areas for improvement or corrective action.
- Collaborate with manufacturing and custodial teams to implement quality management systems that meet FDA regulations, ISO standards, and legal compliance standards in production environments.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying root causes of quality issues through analysis skills and recommending effective solutions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in quality inspection or assurance within manufacturing or custodial service environments.
- Strong knowledge of quality standards including ISO 9001, ISO 13485, GMP, HACCP, and FDA regulations.
- Familiarity with calibration and measurement instruments such as height gauges, vision inspection systems, coordinate measuring machines (CMM), and precision measuring instruments.
- Mechanical knowledge with the ability to interpret mechanical blueprints and GDT (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) principles.
- Experience conducting quality audits and working within ISO standards or other quality management systems.
- Basic math skills for measurements, data collection, and analysis; proficiency in interpreting manufacturing documentation.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong analysis skills to identify deviations from quality standards in production processes.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams to uphold regulatory/legal compliance standards.

Pay: $19.00 - $20.50 per hour
