- Controlling traffic using stop/slow paddles
- Providing exceptional service and protection to clients
- Participating in ongoing training for career advancement
- Flagger certification with 6 months traffic control experience
- Valid driver’s license and ability to drive
- Reliable transportation and phone
- Ability to stand for long hours and lift up to 60 lbs.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions
- Must pass pre-employment screenings, including drug tests
