Position Overview
It's never too early to start preparing for winter! We’re looking for dependable Snow Shovelers to help our clients stay clear and safe during snow events. You’ll be part of our award-winning winter crew, doing the hard work that keeps businesses moving.
Key Responsibilities
Shovel snow from sidewalks, walkways, and access areas
Apply salt or ice melt to improve safety
Work efficiently and safely alongside your crew
Be ready for snow events, including nights, weekends, and on-call shifts
What We’re Looking For
Reliable, hardworking individuals who can thrive outdoors in winter conditions
Ability to perform manual snow removal and physical tasks
Team players who value safety and clear communication
Prior snow/landscaping experience is a bonus, but not required
