Key Responsibilities:
Landscaping Duties (Spring–Fall)

Perform lawn mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing

Plant shrubs, flowers, and trees

Spread mulch, loam, and seed

Assist with landscape installations and seasonal cleanups

Operate landscaping tools and equipment such as mowers, trimmers, backpack blowers, and hedge trimmers

Load and unload materials, tools, and debris
-
Maintain clean and safe job sites
Snow Removal Duties (Winter)

Shovel snow from walkways, entrances, and other designated areas

Apply ice melt and sand to prevent slippery conditions
-
Assist with snow removal operations for commercial and residential properties

Work during snow events, which may include nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays
Qualifications:

Previous landscaping or outdoor labor experience preferred but not required

Ability to perform physically demanding work including lifting 50 lbs

Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions

Reliable transportation to job sites or meeting locations

Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team

Valid driver’s license is a plus

Experience with landscaping equipment or snow removal is a plus
