Facilities Maintenance Technician:
Pay: $25–$30/hr based on experience
Location: Working between Warwick and Westerly, RI
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM - 4 PM

What You’ll Be Doing:
Perform general maintenance tasks, including light plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, concrete, asphalt, and carpentry

Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain facility systems across multiple client sites

Respond to work orders, emergency calls, and routine maintenance requests

Conduct property inspections and identify safety or maintenance issues

Maintain tools, vehicles, and equipment in good working order

Communicate clearly with team members, supervisors, and sometimes clients

Follow safety protocols and company guidelines
You’re a Great Fit If You:
Have 2 years of general maintenance or facilities experience

Have experience using hand tools

Have experience with concrete and asphalt

Understand basic HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems

Can troubleshoot independently and stay organized on the job

Have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Are comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and working indoors/outdoors

Are reliable, safety-minded, and willing to learn new skills
