We’re looking for a Construction Worker who’s hands-on, dependable, and thrives in a variety of environments—from drainage and asphalt to concrete and general site maintenance.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Concrete and asphalt patching and repair
- Light drainage and exterior construction work
- Raking, grading, and shoveling
- Snow removal during the winter season
- General job site support and material handling
- Equipment and truck operation (training provided)
- Supporting facility maintenance and improvement projects
You’re a Great Fit If You:
- Have 2 years of experience in construction or exterior work
- Are confident using heavy equipment and hand tools
- Can lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors year-round
- Have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Are safety-focused and a solid communicator
- Have a CDL or operator’s license (a plus, but not required)
