Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Liquid Cooling Server Test Operator to support the assembly, testing, troubleshooting, and validation of liquid-cooled server systems. This role is responsible for operating thermal test equipment, monitoring coolant systems, executing test procedures, and ensuring servers meet performance and reliability standards before deployment.
The ideal candidate has experience with server hardware, manufacturing operations, diagnostics, or data center equipment and is comfortable working with liquid cooling technologies, pumps, hoses, and thermal management systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble and configure liquid-cooled server systems and rack components
- Perform functional, thermal, pressure, and leak testing on cooling loops
- Operate diagnostic and server validation tools
- Monitor coolant flow rates, temperatures, pressures, and system stability
- Identify and troubleshoot hardware or cooling-related failures
- Replace defective components including pumps, tubing, cold plates, fans, and connectors
- Execute standard operating procedures and test scripts
- Record test results and maintain accurate production documentation
- Ensure compliance with ESD, safety, and cleanroom procedures
- Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to resolve issues
- Support burn-in testing and system stress validation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of test stations and equipment
Experience
- Proven experience working in a manufacturing or testing environment.
- Strong understanding of quality control and quality assurance principles within electronics or mechanical manufacturing sectors.
- Familiarity with ASME codes & standards related to cooling systems is a plus.
- Mechanical knowledge combined with experience using hand tools, calipers, micrometers, and soldering equipment for assembly and inspection tasks.
- Excellent attention to detail coupled with strong analysis skills to identify issues early and support product reliability.
