Key Responsibilities:
- Operate stamping press machines in a safe and efficient manner
- Load and unload metal materials into machines
- Inspect parts for quality and ensure they meet specifications
- Perform basic troubleshooting and report any machine issues
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in stamping, press operation, or manufacturing preferred
- Ability to read basic work instructions and use measuring tools
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in automotive manufacturing
- Familiarity with progressive or transfer press operations
- Basic mechanical aptitude
