Duties
- Lead comprehensive staffing initiatives by sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates across various departments using platforms like Workday, iCIMS, Lever, and Taleo.
- Develop targeted recruitment campaigns utilizing social media management tools, HRIS systems such as SAP PeopleSoft or UltiPro, and applicant tracking systems (ATS) to generate high-quality candidate pipelines.
- Manage relationships with internal hiring managers to understand staffing needs, provide guidance on employment law compliance, and ensure seamless onboarding experiences through employee orientation programs.
- Conduct talent management activities including succession planning, employee evaluation, and employee relations to support ongoing workforce development.
- Engage in campus recruitment efforts by establishing partnerships with educational institutions and participating in career fairs to attract emerging talent.
- Negotiate employment contracts and offers while maintaining compliance with employment & labor law regulations.
- Utilize cold calling techniques and lead generation strategies to identify passive candidates and expand our talent network actively.
- Maintain detailed records of recruitment activities, employee data, and contractual documentation within HRIS platforms like Workday or Kronos for accurate reporting and compliance.
Skills

- Proven expertise in technical recruiting, executive recruiting, campus recruitment, and HR sourcing strategies.

- Ability to conduct interviews confidently using behavioral-based techniques; skilled in employee orientation and training & development initiatives.
- Relationship management skills to build trust with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
- Familiarity with internal recruiting processes including contracts management, employee evaluation systems, and succession planning strategies.
