Sales Development Representative – Coast 2 Coast Lenders (C2C)
Coast 2 Coast Lenders is actively seeking motivated and driven individuals to join our team as a Sales Development Representative. This is an excellent opportunity for those looking to break into the mortgage industry and build a long-term, high-earning career.
In this role, you’ll work with warm leads, build strong client relationships, and help guide borrowers through the mortgage process with confidence and ease.
Compensation:
- $14/hour commission during training
- Transition into a full commission-based structure as a Loan Officer

Career Path & Training
We provide a structured training program designed to help you become a licensed Loan Officer.
- Start as a Sales Development Representative earning the fundamentals
- Receive hands-on training, mentorship, and product knowledge
- Prepare for the SAFE Mortgage Licensing Exam (minimum passing score required)
- Upon passing, transition into a Loan Officer role
To support your transition, newly licensed Loan Officers receive additional guaranteed compensation plus commission for the first two months, providing extra financial stability as you ramp up. You’ll also have ongoing support from leadership and your team every step of the way.
What You’ll Do
- Make outbound calls to warm leads and follow up with interested clients
- Learn and confidently present mortgage products and solutions
- Build relationships with potential borrowers and identify their needs
- Work closely with Loan Officers and leadership to move clients through the pipeline
- Maintain accurate notes and follow-ups in our CRM system
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly performance goals
What We’re Looking For
- Sales experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication skills — confident, personable, and persuasive

- Ability to stay organized while managing multiple leads
