We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Mortgage Loan Officer Assistant to join our team. Responsibilities
- Assist Loan Officers with managing and organizing mortgage leads and client information.
- Communicate with prospective borrowers through phone calls, follow-ups, and other client interactions.
- Helped gather and maintain accurate borrower information and documentation.
- Maintain detailed notes and updated client activity within CRM systems.
- Follow up with leads to keep prospects engaged and move opportunities through the sales pipeline.
- Provide professional and personable customer service while addressing questions and directing clients to appropriate mortgage solutions.
- Work closely with Loan Officers and leadership to support daily production and meet team performance goals.
- Manage multiple leads and tasks simultaneously while maintaining strong organization and attention to detail.
- Develop knowledge of mortgage products, lending procedures, and the overall home-buying and loan process.
- Demonstrate a competitive, goal-oriented mindset while consistently looking for opportunities to improve performance and client experience.
- Adapt quickly to coaching, training, and new systems while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
Experience
- Prior experience in loan officer support or mortgage processing within the financial services or banking industry is preferred BUT NOT REQUIRED.
- Knowledge of FNMA (Fannie Mae), FHA (Federal Housing Administration), VA (Veterans Affairs), and conventional mortgage loans is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with industry regulations such as TILA (Truth in Lending Act), TRID compliance, and mortgage servicing standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) for data entry, report generation, and client communication.
- Strong understanding of credit analysis principles, loan documentation procedures, and escrow processes.
- Experience working within a regulated environment ensuring compliance with all applicable lending laws and internal policies.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced setting.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
