Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in B2B sales, ideally in HR, payroll, benefits administration, or workforce technology solutions.
- Strong skills in prospecting, pipeline management, and consultative selling, with a track record of meeting or exceeding regional sales targets.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships, including conducting effective in-person presentations and negotiations.
- Solid understanding of workforce management, HR processes, or PEO services, with the ability to translate client needs into tailored solutions.
- Effective communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills to work closely with internal cross-functional teams.
- Comfort with CRM systems, sales reporting tools, and basic productivity software to manage activities and forecasting.
- Self-directed, organized, and able to manage multiple opportunities and responsibilities in a regional territory.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Prior regional or territory sales management experience and knowledge of the Chicago and Greater Hartford business markets are beneficial.
