We are seeking a driven Inside Sales Territory Manager to grow business across school districts, Head Start programs, and community agencies by selling health and medical supplies. This is a primarily in-office inside sales role based in St. Charles, Illinois, focused on high-volume outbound prospecting, full-cycle sales, and pipeline management.
While the role is office-based, it includes occasional travel (approximately 5–7 overnight trips every 4–6 weeks) to Texas and California for conferences, trade shows, and customer meetings.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting (approx. 200 calls/week) to generate and qualify leads
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach through close
- Develop and maintain relationships with schools, public agencies, and community organizations
- Conduct phone and virtual presentations with key decision-makers
- Grow and manage existing accounts within your assigned territory
- Maintain accurate CRM records and manage pipeline activity consistently
- Collaborate with internal teams to support customer success and account growth
Travel: You will occasionally to Texas and California for conferences, trade shows, and customer meetings
Required:
- 2 years of sales experience (B2B preferred)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong comfort with high-volume outbound calling
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills
- Highly organized with strong CRM discipline
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-driven
Preferred:
- Experience selling to schools, the public sector, or healthcare-related organizations
- Background in inside sales, SDR/BDR, or account executive roles
