- Design and document thoughtful, high-performance interiors across all project phases alongside the design team
- Develop and craft space plans, FF&E concepts, and detailing aligned with client goals
- Collaborate closely with the design team, consultants, and vendors to ensure project execution
- Translate strategy, brand, and culture into compelling spatial solutions
- Convey design intent through clear visual storytelling using Revit and rendering tools
- Participate in the design control and documentation of projects in the design development, construction document, and supervision phases
- Support project budgeting, value engineering, and material selection
- 5 years of professional experience in Interior Design or Architecture
- Professional degree in Interior Design or Architecture
- Experience in medium to large-scale projects
- Preferred candidate will have a strong background in workplace interiors and planning
- Expertise in Revit and proficiency in 3D rendering tools such as Enscape, Lumion, or Rhino
- Strong space planning skills and knowledge of systems, furniture, and workplace standards
- Leads with curiosity and is a creative problem solver with excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
- Familiarity with sustainable design frameworks, such as LEED, WELL, and Fitwel
- Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam proficiency preferred
