The Associate Director of Nursing is a full-time, on-site role based in Henderson, NV. Responsibilities include overseeing nursing staff, implementing and ensuring adherence to healthcare policies and procedures, managing infection control protocols, and ensuring quality patient care. The role requires collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, staff development, and active participation in long-term care planning and execution to uphold the highest standards in home healthcare services.
- Proven expertise in Nursing Management and leadership to guide and support clinical staff.
- Strong knowledge of Infection Control practices and regulatory compliance.
- Proficiency and experience in Nursing and Medicine, with a focus on patient-centered care.
- Demonstrated experience with Long-term Care planning and delivery.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
- Experience in home healthcare or similar environments is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master’s degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration preferred.
