Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site role located in Idaho Falls, ID for a Registered Nurse (RN). The RN will provide in-home patient care, including monitoring patient health, administering medications, performing routine health assessments, and collaborating with care teams to develop and follow care plans. They will also educate patients and families about managing health conditions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring a safe and comfortable environment.
Qualifications
- Active RN license in good standing and eligibility to practice in Idaho
- Experience in direct patient care, health assessments, and administering medications
- Strong documentation, record-keeping, and organizational skills
- Ability to educate and communicate effectively with patients and families about healthcare plans
- Knowledge of home healthcare protocols and practices
- Skills in collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams
- Experience with the Department of Labor healthcare programs is a plus
