Superintendent-Bilingual in Chinese

We are seeking a detail-oriented and hands-on Superintendent to support the execution of industrial and commercial construction projects. This role bridges engineering and field operations, working closely with project managers, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

This is an ideal role for candidates looking to grow into Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of construction and MEP projects
• Review and coordinate engineering drawings, shop drawings, and submittals
• Support project scheduling, cost tracking, and documentation control
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution /Participate in change orders, and project documentation and all other on-site daily management duties
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance
• Support system installation, testing, and commissioning activities
• Identify and help resolve technical and field-related issues

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related field)
• 1–5 years of experience in construction, MEP, or industrial projects
• Ability to read and interpret construction and engineering drawings
• Basic understanding of MEP systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing)
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Must be willing to work at various project sites across the U.S. East Coast as needed; on-site housing will be provided by the company.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on industrial or manufacturing projects
• Exposure to field construction or contractor environment
• Bilingual in English and Chinese is a plus due to frequent communication with Chinese-speaking stakeholders.
