Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and organized Assistant Property Manager to support daily office operations with a strong focus on administrative and clerical tasks. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, efficient, and comfortable handling routine office responsibilities. The location is for Bellefontaine but also have a location in Sidney. The candidate could do one or both locations. The schedule can be flexible but must be available to sit in the office during agreed upon times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage schedules, appointments, and calendars for maintenance staff
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle correspondence
- Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical)
- Prepare basic reports, documents, and data entry tasks
- Assist with inventory tracking and ordering office supplies
- Perform other general administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree preferred)
- Previous administrative or clerical experience is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Good written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to multitask and work independently
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
