Technical Program Manager

CMK Resources is partnering with Everpure to identify an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead complex, customer-facing enterprise technology programs. This role is ideal for a seasoned Program Manager who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys working directly with customers, and excels at bringing cross-functional teams together to deliver successful outcomes.

The successful candidate will serve as the primary customer-facing leader for large-scale programs, guiding initiatives from initial handoff through final delivery while ensuring alignment between customers, internal teams, and executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex customer-facing programs from planning through successful delivery
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer stakeholders and executive leadership
• Translate business objectives into actionable project and program plans
• Drive program governance, risk management, issue resolution, and executive communications
• Coordinate across Sales, Customer Success, Services, Solutions, and Delivery teams to ensure successful execution
• Facilitate program kickoffs, status meetings, executive reviews, and customer-facing workshops
• Monitor program health, financial performance, resource utilization, and forecasting
• Proactively identify risks and remove obstacles to keep programs on track
• Build trusted relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
• Ensure a consistent, high-quality customer experience throughout the program lifecycle

Required Qualifications

• Active PMP Certification (Required)
• 8 years of Program or Project Management experience
• Experience leading large, customer-facing enterprise technology programs
• Strong executive presence with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of an organization
• Proven success managing multiple stakeholders in complex, high-visibility environments
• Experience managing multimillion-dollar projects or programs
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work onsite in Raleigh, NC five days per week

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within professional services, consulting, managed services, cloud, infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, or enterprise technology environments
• Experience working in highly matrixed organizations
• Familiarity with enterprise infrastructure, storage, cloud, or data center technologies
• Additional certifications such as ITIL, Agile, Scrum, or PRINCE2
