Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Extrusion Operator to join our plastic and acrylic manufacturing team. This role is responsible for operating extrusion equipment, monitoring production quality, and ensuring safety and efficiency during 12-hour manufacturing shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Operate plastic and acrylic extrusion machines according to specifications
• Monitor product quality, dimensions, and material flow
• Perform basic machine adjustments and troubleshooting
• Conduct visual inspections and document production data
• Maintain a clean and safe work area following OSHA standards
• Communicate production issues to supervisors promptly
• Work consistently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  
  

Requirements

• Previous experience in manufacturing or extrusion preferred (plastic/acrylic a plus)
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs during long shifts
• Comfortable working 12-hour shifts
• Basic mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Team-oriented with strong work ethic

• Exposure to heat, noise, machinery, and production equipment
