Clutch is looking for an experienced Photo Art Director for a client of ours.

Summary Of Position

This role bridge the gap between high-level marketing strategy and visual execution. As the daily lead on set, you will coordinate multiple production teams to ensure that every frame captures the brand’s essence with high-quality, consistent creative output.

Responsibilities

• On-Set Direction: Provide expert art direction for photography and video teams, translating pre-production goals into high-quality visual assets that align with brand standards.
• Creative Conceptualization: Develop and execute set designs based on creative briefs to build a cohesive and compelling visual narrative for every shoot.
• Styling Collaboration: Inspire and guide food and prop stylists to ensure all tactile elements on set perfectly match the creative concept.
• Visual Communication: Use sketches, mood boards, and design templates to clearly articulate creative visions and standards to the broader production team.
• Quality Oversight: Lead the selection and post-production review process, ensuring final imagery meets excellence standards across print, digital, and video platforms.
• Brand Stewardship: Maintain a unified brand identity across all media, ensuring visual consistency across every channel.

Qualifications

• Professional Portfolio: A strong body of work demonstrating success across print, digital, and video mediums.
• Industry Expertise: Deep knowledge of current trends in culinary branding, food photography, and modern visual marketing.
• Educational Background: BA in Marketing, Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Technical Proficiency: Expert-level Mac skills with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), MS Office, and Capture One.
