Clutch is supporting a leadership role for a Director of Creative Marketing Technology for a marketing and advertising agency client.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute platform and technology strategies
• Lead development teams across architecture, QA, and deployment
• Serve as the primary technical partner for internal teams and clients, presenting ideas for innovation and optimization
• Oversee omnichannel, CRM, and CMS technology implementations
• Introduce emerging tools and AI assisted development workflows
• Ensure compliance and quality across all digital deliverables
• Support resource planning and technical scoping, including audits and performance insights
• Mentor and train across creative technology teams
  
  

Requirements

• 10-12 years in technical creative leadership within a marketing, advertising, or media agency
• Strong client facing experience required
• Previous experience growing and mentoring a team
• Experience with WordPress, Webflow and PHP required
• Familiarity with code reviews, accuracy, and quality control
• Knowledge of AI assisted development tools, including chatbots
• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Communications or similar required
