Account Director - Market Access

Role: Account Supervisor/Director - Pharmaceuticals

Location: Remote (NYC only!)

Temp-to-Hire

Rate: $55-75/hr DOE (w2)

Converting: $135-165k DOE

Clutch is looking for an Account Supervisor or Director with market access experience in a pharmaceutical agency for client of ours.

Responsibilities:

• Develop strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Oversee the development, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns.
• Manage campaign budgets and deliver within timeline.
• Prepare and present reports analyzing campaign data to identify insights and opportunities for optimization.
• Contribute to new business.
• Stay up-to-date with trends to provide valuable insights.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Communications.
• Previous experience in a pharmaceutical advertising, communications, or marketing agency setting.
• 6-8 years of experience in client facing account management.
• Previous experience in market access pharmaceuticals.
• Strong understanding of marketing strategies and team collaboration.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Experience with MLR and regulatory compliance required.
• Strong project management skills and knowledge of pm software.
• Proficiency in analytics tools and reporting.
• Must be local to travel for client meetings.
