Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Payroll Manager at Club Tattoo, located in Mesa, AZ. The Payroll Manager will oversee and manage payroll operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations. Day-to-day tasks include processing payroll, handling garnishments and deductions, managing payroll taxes, and forensic analytics. The role involves maintaining confidentiality, working with various teams, and ensuring timely disbursement of payroll while addressing employee inquiries related to payroll matters.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Payroll Administration and Payroll Management
- Congruity-Isolved & Square experience
- Experience managing Garnishments and knowledge of Payroll Taxes
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
- Ability to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and experience in handling sensitive information
- Proficiency with payroll software and systems; familiarity with relevant tools is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
