Overview
As a spa consultant, you’ll be in charge of greeting and assisting all clients that come in, maintaining the salon overall, and being the face of Club Sun. Club Sun is looking for individuals who are FUN, FRIENDLY, OUTGOING, and DEDICATED people who love to be tan and help make others feel their best! Previous sales experience is a plus, but not mandatory. Always be prepared to bring your smile and personality!

Must be able to stoop, bend, and lift up to 10 pounds
Quick on your feet to assist in cleaning our services and assisting clients
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales
Meet/exceed sales goals measured daily/weekly/monthly
Maintain self-motivation and be numbers driven
Provide proper recommendations based on client needs
Customer Service
Exceptional customer service maintained at all times

Maintain overall cleanliness of salon

Troubleshoots and helps repair equipment when capable; equipment issues are communicated to manager immediately
Compensation
Pay: $14 hourly commission
On target earnings: $16-$17/hr (includes commission)
