Tanning and Wellness Consultant

Club Sun Tanning and Wellness is looking for Customer Service Representatives (18 ) to join our growing team!We are looking for upbeat, positive, and caring individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates can work 15-24 hours per week and have previous customer service experience (preferred, not required). Availability for mornings, evenings, and some weekends is a must.While tanning salons may look glamorous, our days are busy and hands-on. Team members spend much of their shifts on their feet, assisting guests, and keeping the salon clean and organized. We’re looking for self-motivated individuals with strong attention to detail who take pride in their work.If you’re ready to join a supportive, energetic team and grow with us, we’d love to meet you!

Pay $14/hr commission monthly bonus opportunity

Target Pay $18-$21/hr

Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly, assess their tanning and wellness needs, and recommend suitable services or products to enhance their experience
• Educate clients on proper tanning procedures, skincare routines, and wellness options to ensure safe and effective results
• Drive sales through upselling additional services, memberships, or retail products that align with client goals
• Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by cleaning tanning beds, equipment, and common areas regularly to ensure safety and hygiene
• Handle cash transactions accurately while managing appointments and client records efficiently
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions or concerns promptly and professionally
• Support the overall cleanliness and organization of the facility to create a welcoming environment for all clients

Experience

• Previous experience in sales or customer service roles is highly valued; enthusiasm for helping others succeed is essential
• Knowledge of skincare, cosmetology, or wellness practices is a plus but not required; training will be provided
• Strong communication skills with the ability to educate clients clearly and confidently
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail in sanitation procedures
