POSITION SUMMARY
We are looking for a service-oriented and client-focused Sales Consultant to join our growing team. As a Sales Consultant, the key outcomes you will be responsible for are: delivering exceptional customer service to ensure remarkable client experiences and promote client loyalty, contributing to salon revenue targets by consistently achieving individual sales expectations & upholding our Cleaning standards. OBJECTIVES
- Provide outstanding customer service, going above and beyond for each client.
- Drive client retention and loyalty by listening to and learning about clients, addressing them by first name, and making them feel welcomed and valued in every visit.
- Create Wellness Plans for clients by matching them with the appropriate autopay plan and products.
- Meet monthly Key Performance Indicators such as Product Sales, Member Conversion Percentage, and salon sales targets.
- Promote salon services, upcoming events, and retail products to hit targets.
- Maintain salon cleanliness to our standards.
- Be a contributing member of the sales team in revenue, culture, and brand image.
- Enforce and follow all state and federal regulations around sunbed use and UV exposure.
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Prolonged periods standing, walking, bending, or kneeling

Pay $14/hr commission and bonus opportunities based on performance.
Target Pay with commission is $16-19/hr
