Position Overview

The Sales Lead is responsible for generating membership and retail sales, mentoring sales associates, and ensuring an outstanding member experience. This individual thrives in a fast-paced environment, confidently pursues personal sales goals, and supports studio operations.

Schedule Requirements:

This position requires flexibility to work both daytime and evening shifts throughout the week, as well as Saturdays. The schedule will rotate to support peak class times and sales traffic. Availability must include:

• Monday Mornings 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Wednesday Mornings 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Sundays from 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM/4:00PM Alternating end time
• An average of 20-25 hours per week

Core Duties:

• Drive membership and retail sales
• Follow up with leads and convert prospects into members
• Assist with grassroots marketing & community outreach
• Help train and support Sales Associates
• Provide top-tier customer service (in-person, phone, email)
• Support light operational and social media tasks

What We’re Looking For:

• 2 years of fitness or relevant sales experience preferred
• Confident in generating personal sales and hitting goals
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Passion for fitness and wellness
• Must on Saturday per month
• Must average 20–25 hours per week

Physical requirements and work environment:

• Ability to stand or sit for up to 8 hours
• Lift up to 20 lbs. and move/push equipment as needed
• Perform repetitive cleaning and disinfecting tasks
• Bend, kneel, stoop, reach, grasp, and perform repetitive motions
• Communicate clearly one-on-one and in front of groups
• Think quickly and apply sound judgment under pressure
