Club Pilates is excited to announce the opening of our new Cottage Grove studio, and we're looking for an energetic, results-driven Senior Sales Lead to help launch and grow our newest location.

Club Pilates is a nationally recognized leader in boutique fitness, committed to making Pilates accessible and affordable for everyone. We offer a variety of group Reformer-based classes for all fitness levels in a welcoming, supportive environment.

Position Summary

The Senior Sales Lead is responsible for driving membership growth, increasing retail sales, and delivering an exceptional member experience. Approximately 80% of this role is focused on sales and revenue generation while partnering closely with the General Manager to support daily studio operations and mentor the sales team.

What You'll Do

• Drive membership and retail sales while exceeding individual sales goals.
• Generate leads through grassroots marketing, networking, referrals, and community outreach.
• Conduct studio tours and convert prospects into members.
• Confidently present introductory classes and membership options.
• Guide members through membership upgrades, downgrades, and account questions.
• Become proficient in ClubReady software to manage memberships and identify sales opportunities.
• Assist with training and onboarding new Sales Associates.
• Assist with social media content for our platforms.
• Support studio cleanliness, organization, and daily operations.
• Participate in local networking events and community partnerships.
• Assist the General Manager with operational tasks, ordering supplies, and other studio initiatives.
• Deliver exceptional customer service through in-person interactions, phone calls, and email communication.

Qualifications

• 2 years of fitness sales or related sales experience preferred.
• Strong sales skills with confidence closing memberships and generating personal sales.
• Comfortable presenting introductory class information and reviewing the member journey.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude.
• Self-motivated, solution-focused, and results-driven.
• Passion for health, wellness, and fitness.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable learning new technology and studio software.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
• CPR Certification encouraged but not required.
• Willingness to train and mentor new Sales Associates.
• Ability to travel occasionally between studio locations if needed.

Schedule Requirements

• Availability to work 20-25 Hours
• Availability to work Sundays
• Availability to work schedule days and evenings

Physical Requirements

This position requires the ability to:

• Stand or sit for extended periods (up to 8 hours).
• Walk, bend, kneel, reach, push, pull, and lift up to 20 pounds.
• Perform repetitive cleaning and sanitizing tasks.
• Communicate effectively with members, guests, and team members.
• Work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail.
