MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge of claims adjusting and procedures preferred but not required
Great organizational skills
Proven ability to effectively manage and prioritize a high volume of complex matters simultaneously
Strong background in customer service
Proficiency with technology, computers, software applications, and phone systems
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate orally and in writing to management, coworkers, and those outside of the organization
JOB DUTIES, EXPECTATIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintain a high level of integrity and character
Contribute to and work well in a team environment
Maintain a high level of financial responsibility
Manage incoming calls and emails
Prepare, edit, and format claims and legal documents including letters and correspondence to claimants, and outside entities (send or mail releases)
Maintain and organize physical and electronic files, ensuring documents are easily accessible and up to date
Filing documents and bills into the claims document system
Handle incoming calls and correspondence as it relates to claim investigation and billing for claims work
Assist in the preparation of billing spreadsheets and reports
Compile data as needed for claims analysis
Coordinate with customers and repair shops in order to provide timely repairs to customers
