Claims Administrative Assistant
$17.06 minimum starting salary
Job Level: Individual Contributor

What You Will Be Doing:
Perform duties associated with draft processing and problem solving, recovery balancing, resolving issues related to claims processing and performing special projects as assigned by Supervisor. Coordinate all facets of claims draft processing and duties associated with claims recovery functions.

- Strong interpersonal and investigative skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to communicate with irate customers and resolve issues effectively
- Excellent mathematical skills to perform balancing procedures
- Ability to accept supervision, follow instructions, and work in a harmonious manner with co-workers and supervisors. Ability to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without a reasonable accommodation
