About the Role:

As an Evening Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for patients, families, and staff members entering our facility after hours. Your friendly and professional demeanor will set the tone for a positive experience, and your attention to detail will ensure that all administrative tasks are completed with accuracy and efficiency. Evening Receptionist will work closely with the night shift team to provide seamless communication and support, answering phone calls, responding to inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Responsibilities:

• Greet patients, families, and staff members, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a warm and welcoming environment

• Manage incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to the appropriate staff member or department

• Complete administrative tasks, including but not limited to, data entry, and filing

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, reports, and documents

• Collaborate with the night shift team to ensure seamless communication and support

• Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements:

• 0 years of experience in a healthcare setting or customer service role (training provided)

• High school diploma or equivalent required
