Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of meals for patients, and staff
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to strict health and safety standards
- Plan and execute menus that cater to diverse tastes and dietary needs
- Collaborate with our dietary team to ensure seamless meal service delivery
- Maintain accurate records of food inventory, orders, and production
- Participate in ongoing training to stay up-to-date on culinary trends and best practices
- Provide exceptional customer service to our patients and staff
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
- Food safety certification a plus
- Basic knowledge of nutrition and food preparation
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
