Supervisory Responsibilities:
Primarily sedentary office work.
Position Environment, Type & Hours of Work
Full-time, exempt, at client site located in Washington, DC, with potential for some or all hybrid work; standard business hours.

- Review applications and supporting documentation for completeness and compliance
- Conduct employer verification and data validation checks
- Perform preliminary adjudication support and case analysis
- Enter and manage data in case management systems (e.g., FLAG)
- Draft correspondence and case documentation
- Process audits, supervised recruitment, and appeals documentation
- Maintain case files and records throughout lifecycle
- Meet daily production and quality targets
- 2-5 years experience in data processing, case review, or administrative support
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle high-volume workloads
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
- Due to federal contract requirements, this position is restricted to U.S. citizens with eligibility for a suitability clearance
- Clean background check
- Experience with immigration or labor certification programs
- Familiarity with electronic case systems and document management
