Full-time, exempt, at client site located in Washington, DC, with potential for some hybrid work; standard business hours.
Travel

Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Supervise case processing staff across programs (H-2A, H-2B, PERM, Prevailing Wage)
- Monitor daily production targets and workflow queues (e.g., cases/day throughput)
- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements (INA, 20 CFR 655/656)
- Conduct quality reviews and implement corrective actions
- Coordinate workload distribution to meet timeliness standards
- Serve as primary escalation point for complex or sensitive cases
- Support audits, appeals preparation, and documentation review
- Provide status reporting to Program Manager and Government stakeholders
- Ensure adherence to Quality Control (QC) plan and performance metrics
- 5 years experience in case processing, adjudication support, or program operations
- 2 years supervisory experience
- Knowledge of labor certification programs or similar regulatory environments
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
- Due to federal contract requirements, this position is restricted to U.S. citizens with eligibility for a suitability clearance
- Clean background check
- Experience with FLAG or similar case management systems
- Data-driven performance management (dashboards, KPIs)
- Strong leadership and workforce coordination skills
