What You’ll Do
- Support pharmacy operations with a primary focus on prior authorization processing
- Assist with patient intake and prescription coordination
- Ensure accurate documentation and timely follow-up on authorization requests
- Contribute to a technology-driven workflow designed to improve patient access to therapy
- Communicate with providers, insurance plans, and internal teams to facilitate medication approvals
- Experienced as a Pharmacy Technician
- Registered Technician License, in good standing, with the Texas State Board of Pharmacy
- Willing to work onsite at our Farmers Branch, TX location
- Comfortable navigating insurance requirements and pharmacy workflows
- Excited to be part of a modern, technology-enabled pharmacy environment
