Hiring For: QA Automation Engineer

Location: Dallas, TX (On-Site)

Duration: 6-12 Months Contract with multiple extensions

Rate: $38/hr. on W2

Job Description

• 6 years of relevant experience
• Test Development: Create, maintain, and execute automated UI and API test scripts using Playwright
• .Experience in Selenium and API test Automation
• .Framework Design: Build or enhance scalable, reusable automation frameworks
• .CI/CD Integration: Integrate test suites into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Git) for continuous testing
• .Cross-Browser Testing: Validate web application functionality across Chromium, Firefox, and WebKit
• .Collaboration & Quality: Partner with developers to analyze PRDs, identify gaps, and ensure high test coverage
• .Defect Management: Analyze test results and report bugs using tools like Jira

Required Skills and Qualification

• sCore Technical Skills: Strong hands-on experience with Playwright
• .Languages: Proficiency in TypeScript or JavaScript
• .Testing Types: Experience with UI testing, API testing (REST/JSON), and backend validation
• .Tools & Technologies: Knowledge of Docker, cloud testing platforms (BrowserStack/Sauce Labs), and BDD frameworks like Cucumber
