Job Title: Gen AI Engineer (DEVIN AI / Claude AI)

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Gen AI Engineer with hands-on expertise in DEVIN AI or Claude AI to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade Generative AI solutions. The ideal candidate should have a strong software engineering background, experience building LLM-powered applications, and familiarity with AI agent frameworks, prompt engineering, and cloud-based AI deployments.
Required Skills
- 7 years of software development experience.
- Hands-on experience with DEVIN AI and/or Claude AI (Anthropic).
- Strong knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI concepts.
- Experience with Python and AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or similar.
- Experience integrating LLM APIs (Claude, OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.).
- Strong understanding of Prompt Engineering, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and AI Agents.
- Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, ChromaDB, FAISS, or Weaviate.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience with REST APIs, microservices, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Knowledge of Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile development methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy enterprise Generative AI applications using DEVIN AI or Claude AI.
- Build AI-powered assistants, copilots, and autonomous agent workflows.
- Develop RAG-based applications by integrating LLMs with enterprise knowledge bases.
- Create and optimize prompts to improve AI response quality and accuracy.
- Integrate AI services with existing enterprise applications and APIs.
- Evaluate and fine-tune AI models for performance, scalability, and security.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define AI use cases and deliver production-ready solutions.
- Ensure compliance with AI governance, security, and responsible AI best practices.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol) and AI Agent frameworks.
- Knowledge of Model Evaluation, Guardrails, and LLM Observability tools.
- Experience with GitHub Copilot, Cursor AI, Devin AI, or similar AI coding assistants.
- Exposure to Banking or Financial Services domain is a plus.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Hugging Face, Ollama, or open-source LLMs.
- Knowledge of AI orchestration frameworks and multi-agent systems.
- Relevant cloud or AI certifications.
