Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior AI Product Owner to lead and drive AI and automation-focused product initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodologies, product lifecycle management, and collaboration with data and analytics teams. This role requires a proactive leader who can manage stakeholder expectations, prioritize product backlogs, and ensure successful delivery of AI-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for AI/automation initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Data, Analytics, Engineering, and Business stakeholders.
Lead Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, and PI planning.
Manage and prioritize product backlogs using tools like JIRA.
Work closely with QA teams to support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure high-quality product releases.
Coordinate product releases, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates and managing expectations.
Translate business requirements into detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
Required Skills & Qualifications
7 years of experience in Product Ownership/Product Management, with a focus on AI or automation products.
Strong hands-on experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum/SAFe).
Proficiency in JIRA for backlog management, sprint planning, and tracking.
Experience working with Data and Analytics teams.
Strong understanding of UAT processes and release management.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience delivering AI/ML-driven products or automation platforms.
Familiarity with data pipelines, analytics tools, or cloud-based AI solutions.
SAFe/Product Owner certification is a plus.
