Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced o9 Technical Consultant to support solution design, configuration, development, and integration activities within the o9 Digital Brain platform. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in o9 modules, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional business and technical teams in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable o9 technical solutions.
Configure o9 modules, including planning workflows, data modeling, and UI components.
Develop and maintain data integrations between o9 and external systems using APIs, SQL, and middleware tools.
Perform data validation, troubleshooting, and performance tuning across environments.
Participate in end-to-end implementation phases including design, development, testing, and deployment.
Support customizations, dashboards, and visualization components within the o9 platform.
Collaborate with business users, functional consultants, and TCS project teams for solution enhancements.
Create technical design documents, integration specifications, and deployment guides.
Conduct unit testing, support UAT, and resolve defects in a timely manner.
Provide ongoing production support, monitoring, and optimization of o9 processes.
Required Skills:
Strong hands-on experience with o9 Solutions / o9 Digital Brain platform.
Experience with SQL, Python, Java, or scripting for data transformations and automation.
Solid understanding of supply chain planning, demand planning, or integrated business planning concepts.
Experience in building data pipelines, APIs, ETL workflows, and cloud integrations.
Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
