Job Title: Associate Attorney- Insurance Defense

Location: San Diego CA, Orange County CA & New York City NY (Hybrid)

(Candidate must be willing to commute 2–3 days per week to the Irvine office)

As a Litigation Attorney, you will play a pivotal role in handling a diverse range of cases and providing exceptional legal services. You will have the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment that fosters innovation and strategic problem-solving.

The Ideal Litigation Attorney Will Possess The Following

• 2 years of defense litigation experience.
• Experience in different practice areas - general liability, commercial litigation, and construction law.
• Experience in all phases of discovery, including written discovery and depositions.
• Process-oriented mindset, with proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to foster strong relationships with potential clients while maintaining excellent services for existing clients.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across departments and offices, contributing to a cohesive and supportive team environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills, oral advocacy, writing skills, and motivation.
• Strong attention to detail, highly organized & has impeccable communication skills.
• JD from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice in the State of CA
