Bleakley Platt & Schmidt, LLP is seeking an associate attorney to work in the firm’s Corporate Practice and Health Practice Groups. The firm is over 89 years old with a well-established reputation as a preeminent law firm serving the Hudson Valley region.
The candidate should have a demonstrated interest in the litigation practice area, including substantial law school coursework in litigation law, an excellent work ethic and a strong desire to learn. The preferred candidate will have strong writing and oral advocacy skills. This is an excellent opportunity for client interaction and independent case handling from inception through all aspects of discovery.
This position is ideal for a dynamic associate attorney who possesses excellent legal and interpersonal skills.
Compensation will range between $110,000 - $115,000 per annum commensurate with experience, plus potential performance-based bonuses. The Firm offers competitive benefits including:
