Position Summary
At Cloud Rx, the Pharmacy Operations Supervisor for our non-dispensing, class–G, Specialty HUB pharmacy is responsible for leading and managing the daily work of assigned pharmacy teams. This role includes coaching team members, handling client and customer concerns or escalations, and making sure service levels are met. You will also support process changes, encourage team engagement, and be accountable for maintaining strong work standards, professional conduct, and accurate knowledge sharing.
The Supervisor works closely with the Pharmacy Operations Manager and business partners, contributing to the changing needs of the business and helping improve performance and service. Responsibilities also include managing queues, monitoring team performance, aligning schedules, tracking attendance, payroll, and serving as primary contact for clients.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor team leads, oversee task assignments, attendance, and performance.
- Payroll Oversight: Partner with HR to ensure accurate and timely payroll.
- Performance Management: Monitor KPIs, provide feedback, and implement strategies to drive productivity and meet service levels.
- Clinic Implementation: Collaborate with leadership to plan new clinic launches and manage patient volume.
- Issue Resolution: Act as escalation point for patient and client concerns, ensuring prompt and professional resolution.
- Process Standardization: Oversee training, policies, procedures, and workflow guidelines.
- Queue Management: Monitor prescription queues for efficiency and timely processing.

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
- High school diploma or equivalent (bachelor's degree preferred).
- Registered with Texas State Board of Pharmacy
- Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) license or equivalent certification.
- Proven experience as a pharmacy technician leader with a record of excellence in the role.
- Prior experience in a leadership or supervisory position is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with pharmacy software systems.
