Recruiter/Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a CSR/Recruiter to manage job postings, review applicant qualifications, conduct initial phone screenings, and schedule interviews. You will play a key role in streamlining the hiring process, assisting both the department manager and candidates to ensure a seamless experience. The ideal candidate will have a passion for recruiting and a strong ability to identify top talent.

Responsibilities

• Proactively source and recruit top-tier candidates to support company growth.
• Post job descriptions through applicant tracking software, job boards, social media platforms, and word-of-mouth.
• Develop and maintain candidate pipelines.
• Conduct initial pre-screening interviews and provide insights to hiring managers.
• Coordinate interview scheduling between hiring teams and applicants.
  
  
  

Requirements

• No degree is needed.
• We are looking for coachable candidates with rapport-building experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent phone etiquette.
