Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team in managing client inquiries and follow-ups.
- Coordinate appointments and maintain the sales calendar for consultations.
- Prepare and present quotes and proposals to clients.
- Manage and update customer databases and sales tracking systems.
- Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly.
- Support marketing initiatives and promotional events.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist clients effectively.
- Proven experience in sales coordination or related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Positive attitude and a customer-focused approach.
- Knowledge of interior design or home improvement is a plus.
- High school diploma required; additional education in business or design preferred.
